About Hans van Wuijckhuijse
Hans is a seasoned executive and consultant with a background in strategy, operations, and organisational change. Over the past 25 years, he has held senior positions across the public sector and financial services, both nationally and internationally.
In recent years, Hans has focused on the English childcare sector, where he has led critical programmes to improve safeguarding, rebuild trust, and support regulatory and organisational recovery. Following a major merger in the sector, he played a key role in integrating teams, streamlining structures, and stabilising operations — ensuring business continuity while enabling long-term transformation.
Hans combines analytical clarity with calm leadership, and is trusted to guide organisations through uncertainty, transition, and growth.
